Claims for Defective or Damaged Products:

If immediate replacement isn't feasible due to the nature of the problem, we will coordinate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, which may take up to two weeks. It's imperative that claims are initiated prior to the installation of the product.

Returns and Refunds:

For all returns, it is essential to obtain prior authorization from our store.

  • The product must be returned in its original, uninstalled condition, with no signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must remain intact.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging the product to prevent damage during its return to our warehouse.

  • Upon return, the item will undergo inspection before a credit or refund is issued.
  • Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
  • Prior to ordering, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your intended purpose, including ensuring safe access to your delivery address for the goods.

We disclaim any accountability for any losses, damages, costs, expenditures, or injuries incurred by you or any third party as a result of improper handling or incorrect installation. Please note that all installations must be conducted by a certified installer or plumber.
